2020 Needham Community Farm CSA Agreement

A CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program is a partnership between farmers and customers.

NCF and CRC staff utilize sustainable growing methods designed to foster a healthy and safe environment while growing nourishing vegetables. We do not use synthetic fertilizers or pesticides on our plants. Some vegetables you receive may have minor aesthetic blemishes or be irregularly sized or shaped. We value all of our harvest and strive to eliminate food waste by including "ugly" vegetables in our farm shares.

Farming is dependent upon a number of factors outside our control - weather, disease, etc. Farm staff will make every effort to anticipate and react to changing conditions to provide you with excellent value for your membership. However, by subscribing to our CSA, you agree that you understand the risk involved in your purchase. NCF agrees to keep all members informed as to anticipated major impacts on your share.

All CSA members must make payment in full prior to the first CSA delivery unless alternate payment plan has been pre-arranged.

Any questions about these policies can be directed to the Farm Manager.
