Farmers-in-Training (FITs) will learn about local food systems and food justice through hands-on participation in farm operations. They will work closely with the Program Manager, Field Manager, and college interns in all aspects of farm production. 


No prior farming/gardening experience required.  FITs must be at least 16 years old by the beginning of July, and commit to at least three weeks during the months of July and August.  This is a fantastic opportunity to earn community service hours in a supportive, friendly environment.  For full job description, click below.
